7. Modifications to Terms & Conditions

- We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the Website after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Termination of Services

- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services without prior notice for any violation of these Terms & Conditions.

10. User Consent

Opt-In:

If you wish to opt- out of the Program and stop receiving mobile messages from us, or you no longer agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, and/or UNSUBSCRIBE to any mobile message from us. You may continue to receive text messages for a short period while we process your request and you may receive a one-time opt-out confirmation message. 11.⁠ ⁠Trial Case Agreement, Billing, and Remake Policy

By agreeing to a trial crown or trial case and by sending your first case to SNAP DENTAL LABS LLC (“Snap”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms, which become binding immediately upon your first submission:

11.1 Billing Obligations

• You agree to complete our billing form and maintain a valid credit card on file as your default payment method.

• You agree that not having a card on file does not release you from your financial obligations for any completed or in-progress work.

• All monthly invoices are generated for the previous month’s work and are due on the 8th day of the following month.

• Example: All October work is billed and due on November 8th.

• By submitting cases to us, you authorize Snap to charge the credit card on file or send a secure payment link for any outstanding balance.

• Snap does not accept cash or checks. Credit card or secure payment link is the only accepted method of payment.

11.2 Remakes & Refunds

• Once a case has been submitted, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

• Snap may, in good faith and at our sole discretion, decide to offer a refund or credit. However, Snap is not obligated to do so.

• Snap provides a free remake policy, applicable only when the error is determined to be the responsibility of Snap Dental Labs.

• Determining whether a remake qualifies as a “Snap error” is at the sole discretion of Snap Dental Labs, based on evaluation of the prep, impressions/scans, RX, instructions, and clinical information provided.

• If a remake is required due to issues outside of Snap’s control (including but not limited to: inadequate impressions/scans, incorrect RX instructions, changes in treatment plan, or customer error), applicable remake fees will be billed at standard rates.

11.3 Agreement Activation

By sending your first case—trial or paid—you confirm that:

• You have read and agree to these Terms of Service.

• You accept full responsibility for timely payment.

• You understand that case submission constitutes your full acceptance of all billing, remake, and payment policies outlined above.
